During the pandemic, brands started shifting to at-home services — and car owners expected the same convenience. Ford wanted to respond by promoting three services: mobile service, in-app alerts and scheduling, and pickup and delivery.

We thought: These services give you back time in the day you’d otherwise spend masked up in an auto service waiting room. What if we showed the very human benefit of suddenly having extra time at home to do as much, or as little, as you wanted?

For audio ads, we needed to create a sense of relaxed convenience while also drawing listeners in with just words. Meet Bryan Cranston, the most laid back space traveler ever. (Side note: Bryan Cranston laughing at the scripts was everything.)
